Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients:
Method:
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Method:
- In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the shallots and saute.
- Add the cream and let it simmer for 5-15 minutes to thicken.
- Stir in the cheese. Season to taste. Serve with half a pound of pasta.
