Addictive Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound elbow macaroni
- one 10.5 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- one 2.8 oz can of French fried onions
- salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain off the water.
- In a casserole dish, mix the hot pasta with canned soup, milk, and 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper as desired. Bake for about 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle fried onions and the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over the top. Pop the dish back into the oven for no more than five minutes.
